Estimated dispatch timelines may vary as follows:

3. Shipping Coverage
We may ship:

- and to selected international destinations.
International shipping availability may vary depending upon:
- logistics feasibility,
- customs regulations,
- import restrictions,
- and commercial terms.
Certain products or regions may require direct business communication prior to shipment.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges may:
- be calculated at checkout,
- be communicated separately,
- or be included/excluded depending upon the order type.
For:
- OEM,
- export,
- institutional,
- distributor,
- or bulk orders,
shipping terms may be governed separately through quotations, invoices, or commercial agreements.
5. International Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to:

- VAT,
- clearance charges,
- or local regulatory fees.
Such charges are generally the responsibility of the buyer/importer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Delivery Delays
While we strive to ensure timely dispatch and delivery, delays may occur due to:

- transportation disruptions,
- production schedules,
- public holidays,
- regulatory inspections,
- or events beyond our reasonable control.
RANSON SPORTS INDUSTRY shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers or force majeure situations.
7. Shipment Tracking
Where available, shipment tracking details may be shared via:
- email,
- phone,
- messaging platforms,
- or customer communication channels.
Tracking availability depends upon the shipping partner and shipment type.
8. Delivery Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing:
- complete,
- accurate,
- and deliverable shipping information.
We shall not be responsible for delays, losses, or additional charges arising from incorrect or incomplete address details.
9. Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers are advised to inspect shipments upon receipt.
In case of:
- visible damage,
- missing items,
- or delivery discrepancies,
customers should notify us within a reasonable time along with:
- photographs,
- shipment details,
- and supporting information.
10. Partial Shipments
For certain orders, especially:
- large orders,
- mixed-category orders,
- OEM production,
- or export consignments,
partial shipments may be made where operationally necessary.
11. Risk & Ownership
Risk in goods generally transfers upon:
- delivery,
- handover to logistics partner,
- or as per mutually agreed commercial terms.
Export shipments may additionally follow applicable Incoterms where agreed.
