1. Overview
At Ranson, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with a product, we offer easy returns and refunds in accordance with the terms below.
2. Eligibility for Returns
You may return an item if:
- It is unused and in its original packaging
- The return is initiated within 7 days of delivery
- It is not a clearance or custom-made product
- You have a valid proof of purchase (order number/email)
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Customized or engraved products
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable”
- Products damaged due to misuse or wear and tear
- Opened hygiene-related gear (e.g., mouthguards, inner gloves)
4. How to Initiate a Return
To return an item:
- Visit our Returns page or contact our team at returns@ranson.in
- Provide your order number, reason for return, and clear product images (if defective/damaged)
- We will approve the return and provide a pickup or return address
- Pack the product securely with original packaging and invoice
5. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to a defect or wrong product, we will cover return shipping
- If returning due to personal preference (size, change of mind), shipping costs may be borne by the customer
6. Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
- A refund will be issued to the original payment method
- Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days
- For COD orders, refunds will be made via UPI/bank transfer after confirmation
We’ll notify you via email once the refund is processed.
7. Replacements & Exchanges
- We offer free replacement for wrong, damaged, or defective items
- Exchange for a different size or color may be allowed based on stock availability
8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please report any damaged or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will prioritize resolving such issues.
9. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, and you must initiate a return
