Return and Refund Policy

  • OEM/private label manufacturing,
  • export supply,
  • institutional supply,
  • and made-to-order items.

As many products may involve customization, production scheduling, or specific sourcing, return and refund eligibility may vary depending upon the order type.


2. Eligibility for Returns

Returns may only be considered in cases such as:

  • wrong product received,
  • manufacturing defect,
  • transit damage,
  • or significant mismatch from confirmed order specifications.

Requests must generally be raised within a reasonable time from delivery along with:

  • order details,
  • photographs,
  • videos (where applicable),
  • and supporting explanation.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following categories are generally non-returnable and non-refundable unless otherwise agreed:

  • Customized products
  • OEM/private label products
  • Made-to-order goods
  • Bulk institutional orders
  • Export consignments
  • Personalized items
  • Clearance or discounted items
  • Used or damaged products
  • Products altered after delivery

4. Return Approval

Returns shall only be accepted after review and approval by RANSON SPORTS INDUSTRY.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Where required, customers may be instructed regarding:

  • return shipping process,
  • packaging requirements,
  • inspection procedure,
  • or logistics coordination.

5. Refund Process

Approved refunds, where applicable, may be processed through:

  • original payment method,
  • bank transfer,
  • store credit,
  • or mutually agreed adjustment method.

Processing timelines may vary depending upon:

  • banking systems,
  • payment gateways,
  • transaction mode,
  • and administrative verification.

6. Shipping Charges

Unless the return arises due to:

  • incorrect shipment by us,
  • verified manufacturing defect,
  • or confirmed transit damage,

shipping and logistics costs related to returns may be the responsibility of the customer.

Original shipping charges may be non-refundable unless otherwise determined by us.


7. Cancellation Policy

Orders may only be cancelled before:

  • dispatch,
  • production commencement,
  • customization,
  • or procurement initiation.

Once:

  • production,
  • customization,
  • branding,
  • packaging,
  • or dispatch activities

have begun, cancellation may not be possible.

OEM, export, institutional, and customized orders may additionally be governed by separate commercial agreements.


8. Product Variations

Minor variations in:

  • color,
  • texture,
  • finish,
  • dimensions,
  • graphics placement,
  • or material appearance

may occur due to:

  • manufacturing processes,
  • screen display differences,
  • sourcing batches,
  • or handmade/product-specific characteristics.

Such reasonable variations shall not automatically qualify as defects.


9. Transit Damage

If a shipment appears visibly damaged upon delivery, customers are advised to:

  • inspect the package immediately,
  • retain packaging materials,
  • and report the issue promptly with photographic evidence.

Claims may be subject to logistics partner verification.


10. International & Export Orders

International shipments and export consignments may:

  • involve country-specific regulations,
  • customs procedures,
  • or contractual commercial terms.

Return, replacement, or refund handling for export orders may therefore differ from domestic retail transactions and may be governed separately through mutual agreement.


11. Limitation of Liability

RANSON SPORTS INDUSTRY reserves the right to:

  • assess return claims,
  • determine eligibility,
  • offer replacement, repair, partial refund, or rejection,
  • and make reasonable commercial decisions based on the nature of the issue.
