The following terms apply to all OEM, customization, and private label related communications and activities.

1. OEM Manufacturing Services

RANSON SPORTS INDUSTRY may provide:

OEM manufacturing,
private labeling,
custom product development,
branding support,
packaging customization,
and export-oriented manufacturing solutions

for selected sporting goods and associated product categories.

All OEM discussions remain subject to:

feasibility,
minimum order quantities,
production capacity,
technical compatibility,
compliance requirements,
and mutual commercial agreement.

2. Product Visuals & Samples

Certain product images, renders, mockups, sample visuals, concept representations, or development references displayed on this website may:

represent illustrative capabilities,
demonstrate manufacturing expertise,
show customized developments,
or depict sample/prototype concepts.

Such visuals may not always indicate:

active commercial availability,
stock availability,
or unrestricted production rights.

3. Customer-Owned Branding & Artwork

All:

trademarks,
logos,
brand names,
artwork,
graphics,
packaging elements,
and proprietary designs

submitted by customers remain the property of their respective owners.

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that submitted materials:

do not infringe third-party intellectual property rights,
comply with applicable laws,
and are legally authorized for use in production.

4. Intellectual Property Respect

RANSON SPORTS INDUSTRY respects intellectual property rights and reserves the right to:

refuse production requests,
reject branding submissions,
or discontinue discussions

where materials appear:

unlawful,
infringing,
misleading,
counterfeit,
or otherwise inappropriate.

5. Product Compliance Responsibility

Compliance requirements for:

certifications,
testing standards,
import regulations,
labeling norms,
and market-specific legal obligations

may vary across countries and product categories.

Unless specifically agreed in writing, customers remain responsible for ensuring suitability and regulatory compliance for their intended markets.

6. Variations in Production

OEM and customized products may involve variations in:

materials,
colors,
dimensions,
finishing,
printing,
packaging,
or technical specifications

depending upon manufacturing processes, sourcing, and production conditions.

Reasonable industry tolerances shall apply.

7. Confidentiality

RANSON SPORTS INDUSTRY endeavors to maintain reasonable confidentiality regarding:

OEM inquiries,
development discussions,
and private label communications.

However, unless covered under a separately executed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), no submission shall automatically be treated as legally confidential or exclusive.

8. No Automatic Exclusivity

OEM discussions, quotations, developments, or sample creation shall not constitute:

exclusivity,
licensing,
partnership,
or ownership transfer

unless expressly agreed through formal written agreement.

9. Limitation of Liability

RANSON SPORTS INDUSTRY shall not be liable for:

unauthorized third-party use of customer-submitted materials,
regulatory issues arising in destination markets,
or business losses related to OEM commercialization

except where expressly required under applicable law or written agreement.
