Ranson Sports Industry ("RANSON", "we", "us" or "our") operates Ranson.in. For applicable data-protection laws, RANSON is responsible for the personal information described in this Privacy Policy unless otherwise stated.

Depending upon how you interact with us, we may collect information such as your name, email address, telephone number, account information, billing and shipping addresses, order history, enquiries, transaction information and communications with us.

We may also receive technical information associated with use of our website, such as IP address, browser or device information, website activity and cookie or similar technology data, subject to applicable law and your available cookie choices.

We use personal information where reasonably necessary to:

Because RANSON operates from India and may serve customers internationally, personal information may be processed or stored outside the country in which you reside. Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, we will use an appropriate lawful transfer mechanism or other required safeguard.

Ranson.in sells sporting goods that may be purchased for and used by children. However, our online shopping and account services are intended to be used by adults and persons legally able to make purchases or use such services under applicable law.

Children should not provide personal information, create an account or place an order without the involvement and appropriate consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Parents and guardians purchasing products for children may provide their own contact, billing, shipping and payment information as required to complete an order. We encourage parents and guardians to supervise children's use of Ranson.in and their disclosure of personal information online.
