Payments for eligible purchases on Ranson.in are processed through authorised third-party payment gateway and banking partners. Available payment methods may vary depending on the order, customer location and services supported by the payment provider.

RANSON does not ordinarily collect or store your complete credit card, debit card, UPI or banking credentials. Sensitive payment information is entered and processed through the applicable payment gateway or financial institution using its secure payment infrastructure.

For security and fraud prevention, transactions may be subject to authentication, verification or additional checks by RANSON, the payment gateway, banks or other payment-service providers. An order may remain pending until successful payment confirmation is received.

In the event of a failed, interrupted or duplicate transaction, customers should contact us with their order or transaction reference. Any applicable cancellation or refund will be handled in accordance with our Cancellation Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy.

Customers should never share passwords, OTPs, PINs or other confidential banking credentials with anyone claiming to represent RANSON. RANSON will never ask you to disclose your OTP, PIN or banking password.
