Orders placed through Ranson.in are delivered using India Post / postal parcel services, courier companies or other logistics partners, depending upon the destination, serviceability and the delivery PIN code.

RANSON may select the shipping method and service provider that we consider most suitable for your delivery location, taking into account serviceability, reliability, shipment characteristics and available delivery services.

Delivery charges, where applicable, will be shown or communicated as part of the order process. Estimated delivery times are indicative and may vary depending upon the destination, product availability, order processing, carrier operations, public holidays, weather, transport disruptions or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, PIN code and contact information. Additional charges arising from an incorrect or incomplete address, refused delivery or repeated delivery attempts may be payable by the customer where applicable.

Where shipment tracking is available, the relevant tracking information may be provided after dispatch. Availability and frequency of tracking updates depend upon the postal, courier or logistics service used for the shipment.

If a shipment arrives visibly damaged, is not received within a reasonable period after dispatch, or there is another delivery-related issue, please contact RANSON with your order number and relevant shipment details so that we can assist with the matter.

International orders, where offered, may be subject to separate shipping charges, delivery arrangements, customs requirements, duties, taxes and destination-country regulations. The applicable terms and charges will depend upon the order and delivery destination.
